The Virtual Business

After about a year in business, Henry realised a few home truths about the commercial world:

1. The small fry companies often don’t get the business
2. One individual doesn’t have all the necessary skills every time, for every project
3. It’s lonely working alone.

The result of such revelations was the creation of a virtual business, where individuals and small companies could work together to deliver a project, to a fixed price and on time. Everyone was a winner. The suppliers in the virtual network gained regular work – often with larger corporate clients. The customer gained a value-for-money, high quality job, undertaken by specialists – the best in their field.

Henry Lee still runs this virtual business, with audio recording facilities in Kent and Bedfordshire, and multimedia, video and print production in three counties. Our partners and affiliates have been in our stable for nearly 10 years, with a proven track record; we work together regularly to provide our clients with an end-to-end service. If you want us to consult on the project, deliver the coaching or the face to face training, design the course or programme, print the materials, record the sound, film the video, produce the CDROM, set up and run the website, or deliver the face to face programme, we can, and we will. To your specification, your price, and your deadlines.

The virtual business is completely transparent. Although the partners within the network often work under the Henry Lee umbrella, they can be contacted directly. Henry aims to consult and project manage, and is also happy to pass that role to one of the other partners, if this is required by the client or helps the project to meet its objectives.

On its own, the Henry Lee arm specialises in project management, executive coaching, consulting, storyboarding, designing and delivering training, and the application of the Birkman Assessment tool. In her spare time, Henry is a professional voice over. But it’s ok; if you don’t book her for a part, she’ll just write her own.
